Mens' Yoga - Tuesdays and Fridays 8-9:15am
This is an opportunity for men of all ages and levels of fitness
to build on their natural strength while cultivating flexibility.
Level One Yoga - Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-11:30am.
This class is for the beginner or anyone returning to yoga.
Traditional yoga postures, flowing sequences, pranayama
(yogic breathing), and meditation are taught in this class.
Level Two Yoga - Saturdays 9-10:30am
This class is for the experienced practitioner.
You can expect to deeper your yoga practice
with the challenge of this class.
